Coral Frags
When you’re looking for coral frags online, you’re looking for a great variety of healthy coral frags with stunning color but you’re also looking for a reliable source that ships quickly and provides excellent customer service. At CoralFrags.com, we regard each customer’s order as an opportunity to prove ourselves, as we can’t be successful unless we help them be successful. We accomplish this by providing high-quality coral frags and information to help our customers grow in confidence and ability while they grow their collections.
We are a small coral fragging operation located near major shipping hubs in the Pacific Northwest. We work closely with trusted sources of corals here and abroad to provide our customers with the best possible corals available anywhere. If you’re looking for great selection, great service and great results in your displays, give us a try!
Our Holding Facility
Our coral propagation facility comprises several holding systems holding many thousands of gallons. We use only professional-grade salt mixes, life support components and coral supplements, as these have provided years of dependable results for our customers and us. Since we have a vested interest in making sure our propagation stock is healthy and as free of parasites as possible, our quarantine protocols are quite strict, involving carefully chosen dips and very close attention to detail without affecting the health of our corals. Our reputation is on the line with each coral frag we sell and we go above and beyond to ensure that each frag is clean and healthy before it is shipped.
Shipping
We ship coral frags as quickly as practical without compromising our standards for quality in watertight containers that protect our corals properly during shipment. If we don’t have the time to fully inspect a frag before shipping, we don’t ship it. We’d rather miss a scheduled shipping pickup and send a coral the next day than risk the biosecurity of our clients’ systems and collections. We believe that if a customer has to wait an extra day for their frags that sure beats introducing an uindesirable pathogen to their system.
Our Staff
We have a small staff of experienced coral aquarists with many years of success propagating corals and maintaining coral life support systems. Most of our staff have earned Aquarium Science degrees and have worked in public aquaria managing life support systems with volumes in the tens of thousands of gallons. This breadth and depth of experience is invaluable to our operation and ultimately, to our customers. We know how to proactively maintain the highest possible water quality in our systems in order to provide the highest possible quality of coral frags to our clients!
