Who We Are
We’re a small team of professional aquarists who are a lot like you and your friends in the Vermont reefing community. We started off with small freshwater tanks, which then became larger FW tanks, and then we built our first saltwater systems. In time, we decided to turn our obsession with aquatic animals into a career by earning degrees in Aquarium Science from the finest program in the country. While we learned in the classroom, we also learned on the job by taking positions at the local aquarium and at a nearby marine science facility. After finishing our degrees, we expanded our knowledge and expertise by earning additional degrees in Aquaculture and working at a huge aquaculture facility specializing in invertebrates and the foods to raise them commercially. Knowing that we now had the skill and experience to do it properly, we started designing and building aquatic life support systems optimized for coral growth, health, and coloration, and our business was born.
