Denver Corals

A Coral Store in Denver that Never Closes? That Dream is Real!

There are several fine coral stores in Denver and the metropolitan area which deserve the support of Colorado coralheads but the better hobbyists get at coralkeeping, the more they crave variety. What if there was a Denver, CO, coral store near you that added new coral frags on a near-constant basis that were clean, healthy, and didn’t hide any unwanted coral pests? What if this cool place to buy corals in Denver also allowed you to browse and buy frags at any time of the day or night? The good news is, there is a coral store in Colorado like that and you can find it at CoralFrags.com! We offer a huge selection of SPS, LPS, and soft corals propagated, cared for, and lovingly fed by a small team of professional aquarists. If you’ve never looked for coral frags online, give us a try and get ready to be happy!

Who We Are

We’re a small team of professional aquarists that love caring for invertebrates of all kinds and really love selling clean healthy coral frags and colonies to discriminating clients who have the same passion for aquatic animals and systems that we do. After having success with corals as hobbyists, we decided to build on that by earning degrees in Aquarium Science. It was the best decision we ever made, as we got to learn in the classroom, in the program’s Teaching Aquarium, and on the job at a nearby public aquarium and world-class marine science facility. Then we earned degrees in Aquaculture at a major university where we worked in a large commercial aquaculture facility taking care of the inverts and culturing foods to feed them. After that, we started designing and building life support systems that are optimized for coral growth and health and built CoralFrags.com.

What You Can Expect From Us

  • Quality Corals and Online Coral Frags – We despise coral pests even more than you do and constantly monitor and audit the frags and colonies in our quarantine and growout systems for aiptasia, majano, red bugs, Acropora-eating flatworms (AEFWs,) coral-eating nudibranchs, and other hitchhikers. We don’t want ‘em in any of our systems and we most definitely don’t want ‘em in our clients’ systems. Each frag and colony is inspected multiple times while they are in our systems and one last time when they are picked for a client’s order. Sound like the attention to detail and customer service you want and expect from your Denver coral store? Place an order with us and give our online coral frag store a try.
  • Fast Shipping – We take a great deal of pride in how quickly we ship our clients’ orders but even more pride in how carefully we pick and pack each order. Whether it’s your first order with us or your 14th or your 50th, our approach is the same: we carefully pack each frag and colony to ensure that it arrives in optimal condition at your door and ready to acclimate to your quarantine system. If a Rocky Mountain snowstorm or another kind of weather or transportation event might impact the safe arrival of your order, we may occasionally wait an extra day to ensure that your frags aren’t stranded in a warehouse somewhere. We understand our clients’ eager anticipation of their new corals but we also believe that they also appreciate the extra level of customer service we provide.
  • Reliable and Continually Updated Information – A big part of that emphasis on customer service is the wealth of science-based information we provide on our site. We want our clients to be successful and love the coral hobby as much as we do, so we share our experience and knowledge of aquarium science through articles about water chemistry, lighting, coral feeding, life support maintenance, and other topics. Each article is written by one of the aquarists on our team and we add new content on a regular basis. Like our online coral store, these articles are available 24/7/365 so feel free to browse these articles whenever you’d like and use the information to enhance your skills as coral hobbyist.
